Aim of the Session

To get participants to think with their hands by building LEGO® models. LEGO® bricks enable you to visualise thoughts, ideas and reflections using metaphors and storytelling (Nerantzi & Despard, 2014). This workshop will employ some of the principles of the LEGO® Serious Play methodology. Participants don’t need significant technical LEGO® skills to participate in this workshop.

Objective of the Session

* Build and create 3D metaphorical models using LEGO® bricks as a tool reflect on your teaching/training practices.

This session is designed for colleagues who have some teaching/training responsibilities.
